about me.

I am a Lisbon-based Spanish UX/UI designer passionate about continuous learning and implementing user-centered business-minded solutions that enhance lives while maintaining aesthetics. With a Master's degree in Teaching, I discovered the transformative power of design in education, focusing my final project on applying Design Thinking in the classroom and learning about Design for Change.

When working at
Oxfam Intermón, I spent three years as an Advocacy Advisor and Project Manager, serving as a crucial communication link between field teams in conflict zones and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, improving Spain’s human rights stance. As Project Manager for the Héroes de la Ayuda initiative, I connected politicians and aid beneficiaries to address key needs, coordinating a diverse team, managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and practicing empathetic active listening.

With six years of freelance experience as a
Translator, Proofreader and Copywriter, I have mastered meeting tight deadlines, adapting to changes, and managing a diverse clientele.

My work has taught me adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, and above all, empathy.

When I am not working, you can find me walking with my dogs (Rita and Luis), playing with my daughter (Vera), reading a book or doing some collages for myself (if any of the above beings allow me time).
